This 2pc " Carwash look" skirt set feels as comfortable as it looks.  Made of "I T Y" fabric, a lighter version of the Acetate/Lycra, this set is washable and rarely wrinkles.  The Top is accented with fringe on the sleeves,  as well as,  two layers at the bottom of the top.  The skirt is layers of fringe that continue to the bottom of the Ankle Length Skirt.  The waist is elastic.  Available in sizes: Small, Medium, Large, 1XL, 2XL, 3XL and 4XL.  
Skirt set is available in Royal Blue ( shown), Black and White.
