#2481 HANDKERCHIEF SKIRT WITH STUDDING

Shown here in RED,  is our elastic waist  handkerchief skirt with studded hem.  This skirt is  mid calf to ankle length and is paneled.  This skirt is machine washable.  The Hem has the 1 1/4 inch detail work with studs.  Available in Red, Royal, Black, White, Navy, and Turquoise.  This skirt is also available without the studding.
