Shipping

At Montage, we ship via either USPS Priority Mail, or UPS.  This will generally get your order to you within 3 -5 business days.  We will ship FedEx on Request.  We will calculate shipping based on weight and the  location were you live, and choose the  most economical shipping company.

If placing an order during the week, we try to ship the same day, unless order is received after 3:00 Eastern Time.  Since we do travel for trade shows and conventions, if we are out of town, we will ship your item, if in stock,  as soon as we return to the office.

Return Policy

For any order placed on the web, or purchased over the phone, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, unless it was a custom order, or group order.  Please contact us directly either via phone (717).917.1536 or email us at:  montagedt@aol.com and you will receive a return authorization number, before you should ship the item back.  A note needs to be inside your box, with the authorization number, request for refund or exchange, credit card receipt, and your address. If these are not included, this may delay for return or credit.

 If exchanging and item, you will need to pay for return shipping to us, as well as, the cost of shipping back to you.

If your order was a custom order, that we did not have in stock,  it cannot  be returned or exchanged.
