2pc Seagull Criss Cross Dress

Shown in Royal blue seagull is our long sleeve criss cross dress.  The tulip draped tunic is finished at the edging and falls slightly below the hips.  The long skirt is elastic waist and is a full straight skirt that is floor length with a finished ruffled hem.  It can be shortened by cutting it off with scissors, and can be left unfinished or can be hemmed to give it a ruffled appearance.

100% Polyester.  Machine Washable
