The sizing chart is the EXACT measurements of the garment. We have not changed the size from the manufactuere, howver, they run about 2 sizes smaller than the size listed in the dress/jacket. Example: If the dress says Medium, you will see the measurements are approximately what would usually be an XS.

Please look at the measurements as they are the exact numbers and will not stretch. We always say that you should measure something you own that fits your perfectily and then match to this sizing chart for a good fit, no matter what the size says in the label.
