T3599 Cape Jacket with Studded Accents.  This Flowy Jacket is made of heavy pebbled georgette and has a wide tulip like sleeve and hook and eye closure at the neckline. Approximately 28" in length from shoulder to hemline.  The Stud accents are on the sleeves as well as the neckline.
